    Inca un artist

    De inceput

    Acum cateva zile scriam despre “arta” parcarii. Azi am intalnit  un artist al opririi - pe trecerea de pietoni, la semafor, blocand o banda de mers. Trebuia sa cumpere un buchet de flori omu’…
