  Azi, ora 12:00, in Aula Bibliotecii Centrale Universitare se va decerna titlul Doctor Honoris Causa Domnului Academician Mugur Constantin ISARESCU.

  Titlul este acordat de Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative.
